RECAP OF THE TRIP IN ENGLISH
We
started to sail
in the south of Guadeloupe from a place call Trois-Rivière. We went
to “les Saintes”, two small island in the south of Guadeloupe
where we stayed during a half week swimming with the dolphins and
doing Kitesurf. Then we sailed back to the north of Guadeloupe
stoping at the “réserve Cousteau” to see big fish but no
turtles.
We
've done the clearance at Deshaies and crused to “English Harbour”
in Antigua. Green Island, Bird Island, Long Island were all paradise
island: emerald blue water, the biggest beach of white sand on the
planet every things were beautiful but we also lost our dinghy or
“annexe” but we found it back.
Then,
came Barbuda. An island with beaches all around. The lagoon was
perfect to do kitesurf for me because there was not enough wind for
my father. It was the best kite session I did during all the trip. We
met Swiss guys and went to a barrier reef and we've seen big
baracuda. I was a bit scared!!
After
10 hours of navigation we managed to ST Barth. We fished a “bonite”
and dady cooked it to eat it. It was amazing!! We didn't fish
anything during about one year of sailing and here we just through
the “apa” and 10 minuts later we caught a fish!!!??? We stopped
the boat in front of the “EDEN ROCK”'s hotel and a gigantic
beach!!! The day latter we went to Gustavia to do the clearance and
let's go to the beach to do skimboard.
